Refund And Return Policy

1. Our Commitment

At NOIRELLE, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges or refunds under the terms below.

2. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, promotional or gift cards are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

  • You must have a valid order number and proof of purchase when requesting a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our Customer Care team at noirellepremium@gmail.com (or your designated return email) with:

    • Your Order Number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve)

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely, include the RA number and send to:
    NOIRELLE Pvt Ltd, Returns Dept, [Address], Colombo, Sri Lanka

  4. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

4. Exchanges

  • If you want a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return request.

  • Exchanges will be treated as a return + new order and subject to stock availability.

5. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item).

  • If the item was purchased with a discount code or voucher, only the original value paid will be refunded.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us at noirellepremium@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of the returned item and either:

    • Send you a replacement free of charge; or

    • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible.

7. Refund & Return Fees

  • Return shipping costs are borne by you except in the cases described in section 6.

  • We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee (if applicable) when the item is returned in a condition that prevents resale.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your online order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once the item has shipped, the standard return process applies.

9. Policy Changes

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time, as our products or operations change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.

  • Changes do not apply retroactively to orders placed under a previous version, unless we notify you in writing.
