As Noirelle is an online store, items that need to be exchanged must be returned to us via Registered Post or Courier to the address provided by our team.
The item must be sent within 14 days of delivery, along with an image of the postage or courier receipt, which should be shared with us via our inbox for verification.
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you. You will then have 5 days to contact us regarding the size you wish to exchange. Please ensure you message us using the same account used to place the original order.
Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues. If the requested size is unavailable, the item may be exchanged for a different style, subject to availability. In such cases, additional shipping charges will apply.
Please note that only one exchange per eligible item is allowed.
Items that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
