01. General Provisions & Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, order placements, and website interactions through Noirelle (operated under Noirelle Atelier). By accessing our storefront or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these provisions in full.
02. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide — including your name, delivery address, contact number, and payment details — is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your Noirelle profile.
03. Order Placement & Product Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Certain pieces are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your request; the sales contract is finalized once your order is dispatched.
04. Pricing, Currency & Payment
Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We accept major credit and debit cards, Buy-Now-Pay-Later gateways (Koko, Mintpay), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
05. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards
Promotional offers and discount codes are valid only for the period stated and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and remain valid until fully used or otherwise stated at time of purchase.
06. Delivery & Title Transfer
We work with trusted courier partners for islandwide delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery receipt. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for delivery timelines and charges.
07. Exchanges & Returns
Noirelle operates an exchange-only policy — no cash refunds are issued. Full conditions, eligible items, and the exchange process are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
08. Website Use & Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access, automated scraping or data harvesting, interference with site security, or fraudulent order placement is prohibited and may result in an order being cancelled or an account being suspended.
09. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, photography, editorial copy, and visual assets on this site remain the exclusive property of Noirelle. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Noirelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or delays outside our reasonable control, including courier delays. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
11. Force Majeure
Noirelle is not responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal and operational reasons. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
